All aircraft have to go through periodic inspection process, also referred to as ‘checks.’ There are several checks that need to be done according to calendar dates, flight hours, or flight cycles.

At around 500-1000 flight hours, A Checks are routinely performed to ensure everything is functioning safely and efficiently. It can typically be completed overnight at an airport gate and can even be delayed if an aircraft meets certain predetermined conditions. This check varies by aircraft type, the cycle count, or the number of hours flown since the last check.

B Checks are conducted every six to eight months and while a detailed examination of components and systems is conducted, there is usually little need for detailed disassembly or removal of aircraft parts.

This is a more detailed check and a vast majority of the components are thoroughly and individually inspected for serviceability and function. These checks are performed every 24-30 months and the aircraft is typically put out of service.

With our full range of upgrades and services, you can optimize your aircraft’s value by bringing it up to new standards and enhanced safety criteria. Our service capabilities vary from avionics and airframe modifications, to exterior paint and other external variations.
